Textile Printing & Dyeing Colorants

Our “Ultra” line of pigment colorants are developed for high performance in both printing and continuous dyeing operations. We produce a broad range of colorants to satisfy various light fastness, wash, crock, and dry cleaning requirements on most any fabric construction.For pigment continuous dyeing, we have developed a “Deep Shade Dyeing System”that allows the use of economical pigments for dyeing very deep, brilliant shades with excellent wash and crock fastness. This allows dyeing fabrics in a one step process without the hassles and costs of dye fixation, rinses, and multiple runs through the equipment dyeing processes. Non-Textile Colorants

Rubber Mulch

Our line of rubber mulch colorants have excellent performance on any type of rubber. Our special formulas provide extended package stability which insures consistent coloring results. Our rubber mulch colorants produce exceptional coverage to provide truer colors and protracted field life. We have a growing color line that also includes specialty colors such as brilliant silver and gold. All colorants are environmentally safe and have no bio-value.

Paper Pulp Tints

The paper pulp tints are highly refined by small media milling to produce avery system friendly, easy to blend product that insures dependable and consistent performance.

Flexographic Inks

We produce a line of surfactant dispersed and resin dispersed graphic inks that provide excellent runability on most any substrate.

Specialty Colorants

Fluorescent Pigment Dispersions
Our fluorescent colorants are multi-functional. They are designed for printing on fabric, paper, and are used in exhaust dyeing and for continuous pigment pad dyeing.

Pearlescent Inks
We produce excellent performing, ready-to-print, high wash fastness pearlescents in a silver, gold, or “mother-of-pearl” look. These are totally synthetic to eliminate any problems with waste water or any other environmental issues.

Puffs
For special effects, our puffing products create a great looking, elevated profile on most any type of fabric. They are Ready-to-Print as is for an off white appearance or add some “Ultra” pigment colorants to create color contrasts, especially when printing on dyed or colored substrates.
